As a SoleMate, you can raise money for Girls on the Run while training for a race or physical activity challenge. It's as simple as setting a goal, choosing a physical activity you are passionate about and raising critical funds to help girls who need you.

Give Back Day

Join us at Beno's in Iowa City from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 30 when 20% of all sales will be donated back to our council. Purchases can be made in the shop or on the website. It's the perfect time to purchase flowers for Mother's Day, graduation, or our GOTR 5K!
