The start and finish lines are just north of the larger parking lot in the IC Kickers Soccer Park. The 5k (3.1 miles) course incorporates part of Soccer Park Road, Lehman Avenue, and a trail. PLEASE NOTE: There's a second lap! Runners/walkers will turn right shortly after the water station around the 1.5 mile mark to do the second lap. There is a short hill on grass at this turn.
One water station will be available on the course, approximately halfway into the race. Port-a-potties will be available near the staging area. Thanks to donations from a number of generous businesses, refreshments will be available at the finish line.
Sorry, no pets or jogging strollers allowed on the course.

It's November in Iowa, so be prepared to run in any weather! Be brave, wear layers, and come ready to go with the flow, whether it's raining, shining, freezing or somewhere in between. If it is unsafe to run due to precipitation, freezing temperatures or mud, no refunds will be given, and our website and Facebook page will be updated as soon as possible. Visualize sunshine!
There are two smaller parking lots and one larger lot within the park. Volunteers will be on hand to help direct you to parking. Handicapper parking spots are available near the registration/staging area.
